INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
(Adolescents (14-19 years), Preteens (10-13 years), Adults (20-64 years), Seniors (65+ years))
Individual therapy or psychotherapy is a process through which a client and a trained mental health professional work together to explore the clients' problems, feelings, beliefs, behaviours, and personality work through challenging or intrusive memories, identify aspects of the client's life that the clients would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Individual therapy helps the clients deal with topics impacting their normal functioning, such as trauma, anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, body dysmorphia, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes, life stages, etc.
Relationship counselling addresses difficulties in an intimate relationship. Our trained professionals guide partners in addressing and resolving their relational challenges. Without taking sides, the therapists create a safe space, and within that space, partners feel safe, enabling them to speak openly and bring forth their points of view without triggering either partner's.
Through a series of structured and evidence-based therapeutic steps, the partners will find some common ground and be in a stronger position to understand the dynamics of their relationship.
COACHING
LIFE & EXECUTIVE
Another piece of the "empowering" puzzle is leveraging life skills to attain greater fulfillment in personal and professional life.

By applying evidence-based coaching techniques, we help our clients to understand themselves, their capacities, unique skills, strengths and areas of growth.
Thus clarifying their pursuits, conceiving a vision, identifying the obstacles holding them back, developing strategies to overcome the barriers and achieving their goals.
